Return and Refund Policy
OVERVIEW
This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from naturecribwood.com through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unassembled, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@naturecribwood.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and, if requested, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may ship the item yourself using your preferred courier, or request a prepaid return label from us. If you choose to use our label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For all returns, customers are also responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred. naturecribwood.com is not liable for these additional costs.
Our return address may be located in the United States or another country depending on warehouse availability. By placing an order, you accept that the return destination may vary.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. If the item is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, your return will be rejected, and the item will not be returned to you.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-cancelable once the order is processed. This includes items made to your specifications, including size, color, or design.
RESTOCKING & HANDLING FEES
All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers repackaging, inspection, and processing costs.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@naturecribwood.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care products (e.g. beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale items and gift cards
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (if eligible), and make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags, and proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. This amount will reflect any applicable deductions for return shipping, customs fees, and restocking.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
naturecribwood.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed with incorrect pricing or product information due to typographical errors. If your payment has been processed for such an order, a full refund will be issued within 2–15 business days. Please allow 48–72 hours for it to reflect on your account.
